摘要 等距型面联接相对于键或槽联接有更多优越性,但制造工艺复杂且效率低。利用EQN方程扩充了Master CAM的绘图功能,可参数化自动设计各种规格的等距型面廓形曲线,避免了手工基点坐标计算。生成的几何图形可直接用于后续的数控程序。利用Master CAM的程序过滤功能,能固定误差、优化等距曲线和减少冗长的控制点,优化后的曲线可用于后续的加工或设计,该方案的制造成本比键和花键联接降低40%-50%。 There are a lot of advantages in the connection of the isometric profile with respect to the key or the slot, but the manufacturing process is complex and the efficiency is low. The NC technology provides the possibility for its wide application. Using EQN equation,the drawing functions of Mastercam are expanded, and various specifications of isometric profile curve could be parametric - designed automatically,in order to avoid the manual base point coordinate calculation. The generated geometry can be used directly in the following NC program, and the program's filtration function of Mastercam can be used to fix the error and optimize the equidistant curve ,reduce the redundant control points. The optimized curve can be used for subsequent processing or design, which provides a new scheme for isometric type surface of high precision, high efficiency and high flexibility of automation processing. The cost of the program is reduced by 40% to 50% compared to the key and spline connection.
