基于Web3.0用户信息行为新特征的图书馆信息资源创新服务

On the Innovative Information Resource Service of the Library Based on the New Features of Users' Information Behavior in the Environment of Web 3.0

文章从系统环境升级和受众需求分析来探讨图书馆信息资源创新服务的可操作性方案。研究发现:Web 3.0环境下的用户信息行为呈现5个新特征,协同信息行为智能模块化;用户信息行为三维交互化;参考咨询服务人文数字化;信息资源获取馆际共享化;移动无线图书馆多元终端化。基于此,提出5条图书馆信息资源创新服务路径:全方位整合馆藏数字信息资源,对接服务智能检索平台;交互式建立用户信息库,实现用户个性化信息服务;多样化拓展虚拟咨询服务,探索用户协同咨询模式;跨学科引导用户协同信息行为,充实图书馆资源结构体系;多终端兼容全媒体服务模式,推动全民阅读落地生根。参考文献11。

This paper probes into the feasible approaches to innovate information resource service of the library from the perspectives of system upgrading and users＇ need analysis. It finds that in the environment of web 3. 0,users＇ information behavior exhibits five new features,namely： 1） intelligent modularization of collaborative information behavior; 2） three-dimensional interaction of users＇ information behavior; 3） humanity digitalization of reference service; 4） interlibrary sharing of information resource acquisitions; 5） multivariate terminal of mobile wireless library. Based on these features,the paper proposes five methods to innovative information resource service： 1） comprehensively integrating the digital information to connect and serve the intelligent retrieval platform; 2） interactively establishing the information corpus for users to achieve individualized information service; 3） providing multifaceted reference service and exploring the model of user cooperative reference service; 4） guiding users＇ cooperative information behavior across disciplines and improving the resource structure of the library; 5） encompassing whole-media service with multi-ends and promoting whole-reading for the public. 11 refs.
