摘要
以基于极坐标模式的熔焊快速成型设备为实验平台,将焊接电流、焊接速度和送丝速度这三个影响焊缝尺寸的因素作为实验研究对象,设计并进行多组实验,通过具体的实验数据总结出各因素对焊缝尺寸的影响。通过BP神经网络的建模,实现对焊缝的焊前预测,总结出该平台下的工艺参数与焊缝尺寸的关系,并强调了它对焊缝轨迹和实验设计的深远意义。
With polar patterns welding rapid prototyping equipment for experiment platform, the welding current, welding speed and wire feed speed of the three factors, which affect the weld dimension, are taken as object of experimental research, multiple sets of experiments are designed ana carried out, by concrete experiment data, various factors which have influence on weld size are summarized, by the BP neural network modeling, the weld before welding can be predicted, the relationship between process parameters and weld size on the platform is summed up, and the profound significance of it to the weld path and the experimental design is highlighted.
