摘要
针对选煤厂大落差溜槽在输送大块煤的过程中,存在的块煤对溜槽撞击严重、溜槽磨损加剧、块煤破碎率高、噪音和粉尘大等问题,分别对带式输送机机头漏斗下大落差溜槽的断面尺寸、溜槽倾斜角度、溜槽三角拐弯段结构、溜槽过流底板结构和溜槽尾段结构进行了优化设计。优化设计后的机头漏斗下大落差溜槽结构能够使得块煤在溜槽中的流动更加平滑,减少块煤在流动过程中因相互撞击而造成的破碎。
Aiming at the problems in large size lump coal conveying through big drop chute in coal preparation plant,such as serious impact of lump coal on chute, high broken rate of lump coal, serious noise and coal dust pollution. Five structures were optimized for big drop chute under head funnel of belt conveyor,including size of cross-section,angle of inclination,part of triangle turning,flowing baseplate and tail end part. The optimized structures made the lump coal flowed more smoothly in chute,and reduced the amount of lump coal breaking caused by collisions of lump coal.
