矿井提升机罐道钢丝绳横向刚度的计算分析 被引量:8

摘要 以罐道绳为研究对象,对罐道绳的约束和受力进行分析,得到罐道绳横向刚度计算公式。研究了罐道绳横向刚度及横向位移随提升高度的变化规律,分析罐道绳张紧力及罐道绳单位长度质量对罐道绳刚度的影响。结果表明:罐道钢丝绳两端横向刚度很大,越接近罐道绳中间位置刚度越小;罐道绳横向位移与横向刚度成反比,刚度越大,位移越小;罐道绳刚度随罐道绳张紧力和罐道绳单位长度重量的增大而线性增加。合理选择罐道绳张紧力,增加罐道绳刚度,对减小罐道绳和提升容器摆动具有重要作用。 The constraint and force of guide rope was analyzed,obtaining the guide rope stiffness calculation formula. The guide rope lateral stiffness and horizontal displacement law along with the change of hoisting height was studied, the influence of tension and unit length mass of guide rope on the stiffness was analyzed. The results show that the lateral stiffness on both ends of guide wire rope is great,the closer to the middle position the smaller stiffness is; guide rope is inversely proportional to the lateral displacement and lateral stiffness,the greater the stiffness,the smaller displacement is; guide rope stiffness increases linearly with the increase of guide rope tension and mass per unit length. Reasonable selection of guide rope tension,increasing guide rope stiffness,is very significant to reduce the guide and container swing.
