摘要
通过对综采工作面地轨式电气列车在相邻巷道间转移方案的比较,确定了电气列车采用过弯道转移方案。从转弯半径的确定、弯道铺设及加固处理、绞车型号的确定、电缆单轨吊的处理、绞车操作顺序以及防跑车措施等方面分析了电气列车过弯道的各项关键技术,并在高河矿井进行工业性实践,得出了电气列车过弯道技术的重点环节和难点把握,实现了电气列车在巷道间的安全高效的转移。
Through the comparison with different schemes of the rail type electric tachometer indicator train shifting between adjacent roadways in fully mechanized mining face, the track shifting method at curved track was applied.Through key technology analysis and industrial test in coal mine,important and difficult links were obtained. After the scheme comparison,the effect of train shifting between adjacent roadways was optimized,which decreased the operation cost and increased the recovery rate of coal resources.
