摘要
汽车覆盖件模具的结构强度计算是模具结构轻量化设计的重要基础。在分析现有汽车覆盖件拉延模具结构强度计算方法的基础上,提出了一种新的模具结构强度计算方法。该方法将零件的冲压仿真分析分解为刚体冲压和柔体冲压两个过程来进行计算,大部分冲压行程采取刚体冲压以提高效率,在最后成形到底前将模具设置为可变形的柔体继续完成冲压过程。采用该方法对某车门内板零件进行冲压仿真分析,获取了模具的结构强度分析数据。最后采用千分表和摄像机测量模具的实际变形量,并与仿真计算结果进行比对,结果证明仿真计算与实际结果吻合,验证了该方法的有效性。该方法可以有效地提高计算效率,同时又避免了复杂的映射计算,适合工程实际应用需求。
Structural strength calculation of automobile panel dies is an important basis for the lightweight design of die structure. Based on the analysis of the existing methods,a new method to calculate the strength of the die was put forward,which was divided into two parts including rigid body stamping and flexible body stamping to calculate. However,rigid stamping was applied in most of punching strokes to improve calculation efficiency,and in the end the die was set with the flexible body stamping to accomplish the final stamping process.Therefore,the stamping process of a car inner door panel was simulated,and the data of die structure strength were acquired. Furthermore,the actual deformation of the die was measured by dial indicators and camera,and the results were compared with the simulation.The results show that the calculated results are consistent with the actual results,and the effectiveness of method is verified. Therefore,the calculation efficiency can be improved effectively and the complex mapping calculation is avoided to fit in engineering practice.
