摘要
皮革产品在生产过程中会产生较多的废水、固体废弃物。固体废弃物中废弃革屑的产生量也不可小觑。此类皮屑废弃物由于已经被铬盐鞣制,使它们在自然环境中难以降解。由于铬(III)在自然环境中易转变为铬(VI),造成生态环境受损。铬(III)在特定碱性条件下易与胶原失去结合而沉淀。本文介绍了一种可行的碱混合法降解革屑并进行脱铬分离。以氧化镁和氢氧化钠为降解并脱铬原料,采用加热及分步脱胶。通过对温度、处理时间和碱用量条件优化,得到一种优化的脱铬胶液制备方案。
Despite the waste of water and other chemical materials, the production of leather causes much material waste, the semi-finished leather products cannot be ignored, which lead to the damage of ecotope because of the beneficiation of nonbiodegradable Chrome. Alkali dechromization is based on the mechanism of trivalent chromium's precipitation in hasic solution, the chemical bond between the collagen and Chrome is broken during the reaction. In the present paper, the feasible method of magnesium oxide and sodium hydroxide alkali dechromization combination is discussed. A long time soak in basic solution and heating to make the protein fluid compose the treatment procedure. The temperature, time and the dosage of alkali are adjusted in order to get a superior temperature and time match.
