儿童交通事故——透过法国看中国

本文通过对比中法两国涉及儿童的道路交通事故特征，从道路环境、人为因素、车辆因素、安全教育和法律法规出发，分析得出机动车碰撞车外儿童导致头部受伤是中国儿童交通事故的主要特征，建议开展完善儿童交通事故数据采集、加强儿童交通教育体系建设及宣传、严格机动车辆检验工作、健全道路交通设施、完善针对儿童的道路交通安全法规等研究，减少我国儿童交通事故的伤害。

This paper compares road traffic accidents involving children in China and in France. Throughout analyzing road infrastructures, human factors, vehicle factors, safety education programs, laws and regulations, it is revealed that head injuries are the major characteristic of accidents caused by motorized vehicles in China. It is suggested to improve the data collection of child traffic accidents, strengthen the construction and publicity of children＇s traffic education system, strictly check the motor vehicles, perfect the road traffic facilities and improve the road traffic safety laws and regulations for children to reduce the traffic accidents.
