坤泰胶囊联合来曲唑片对多囊卵巢综合征患者内分泌和排卵功能的影响研究

Clinical effect of kuntai capsule and letrozole tablets in the internal secretion and ovulation for patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome

目的 探讨中西药坤泰胶囊、来曲唑片联合治疗对多囊卵巢综合征患者用药后排卵、内分泌的影响。方法选取2014年12月-2015年11月我院收治的70例诊断为多囊卵巢综合征患者,按随机数字表法分为西药组35例、联合组35例。西药组口服来曲唑片,联合组在此基础上加用坤泰胶囊,观察两组的疗效及用药前后患者的排卵、内分泌变化情况。结果 治疗前两组性激素指标改变比较差异无统计学意义,治疗后联合组催乳激素、睾酮、孕酮、前雌二醇、黄体生成激素、卵泡生成激素水平恢复情况优于西药组（P〈0.05）;联合组总有效率为94.3%,高于西药组82.9%（P〈0.05）;治疗后联合组患者排卵指标成熟卵泡数、宫颈黏液评分、诱排日子宫内膜厚度恢复情况优于西药组（P〈0.05）。结论 为有效治疗多囊卵巢综合征患者,使患者排卵周期恢复、促进其排卵、调节激素水平,从而改善临床症状、提高妊娠率,临床可在使用来曲唑片治疗的同时加用中药制剂坤泰胶囊,用药后患者排卵、内分泌情况明显恢复,患者治疗效果好。

Objective To study the clinical effect of kuntai capsule and letrozole tablets in the internal secretion and ovulation for patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome（PCOS）. Methods 70 PCOS patients who were treated from December 2014 to November 2015 in our hospital were selected. The subjects were divided into western medicine group and combined group according with the random number table method, 35 cases in each group. The western medicine group orally took letrozole; the combined group took kuntai capsule and letrozole tablets. The clinical effect as well as the condition of internal secretion and ovulation for two groups were observed. Results Before surgery, the sex hormone index for two groups was not significantly different （P〉0.05）; after surgery, the index of PRL, T, P, E2, LH and FSH for combined group was better than that of western medicine group（P〈0.05）; the effective rate of combined group （94.3%） was higher than that of western medicine group （82.9%）（P〈O.05）;the count of mature follicle, score of cer- vical mucus and recovery of endometrial thickness at the induced ovulation period for combined group was better than that of western medicine group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For PCOS patients, letrozole tablets and kuntai capsule can promote the recovery of ovulation cycle, adjust the hormone levels, improve the clinical symptoms and enhance the pregnancy rate. After treatment, the patient＇s internal secretion condition is improved.
