腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗老年直肠癌患者的近期疗效比较

Comparison of short-term curative effects of laparoscopy and laparotomy in the treatment of elderly rectal cancer

目的观察腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗老年直肠癌患者的近期疗效。方法 选取2014年12月-2015年12月我院收治的124例直肠癌患者为研究对象,随机选取62例为对照组行开腹手术治疗,62例行腹腔镜手术治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果,观察两组的术中出血量、术后通气时间以及并发症发生率。结果 研究组的术中出血量、术后通气时间及住院时间均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;研究组的并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 老年直肠癌患者行腹腔镜手术治疗效果显著,安全可靠,值得在临床上推广。

Objective To observe the short-term curative effects of laparoscopy and laparotomy in the treatment of elderly rectal cancer. Methods 124 patients with rectal cancer who were admitted to our hospital from December 2014 to December 2015 were selected as research subjects. 62 patients were randomly selected as the control group, who were given laparotomy for the treatment, and another 62 patients were given the surgery under laparoscope for the treatment. Curative effects were compared between the two groups, and the amount of bleeding during the surgery, postoperative time of gas passage and incidence rate of complications were observed. Results Amount of bleeding during surgery, postoperative time of gas passage and length of stay in the research group were all better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）; The incidence rate of complications in the research group was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of elderly rectal cancer has significant effects, and is safe and reliable, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
