建筑能效管理系统在综合性园区节能领域的应用

Application of Building Energy and Efficiency Management System in Energy-saving Field of Comprehensive Park

结合上海某金融单位综合性办公园区,介绍了建筑能效管理系统在综合性办公园区的应用,分析了建筑能效管理系统投入使用后对园区整体电能消耗的数据采集,并提出了针对性的节能建议及措施。能效管理系统可实现综合性办公园区的建筑电能能耗信息的集中管理,向用户提供建筑电能利用状况报告,并辅助能源管理人员制定适合的能源运行、管理策略,从而实现管理节能和绿色用能。

Combined by a comprehensive park of some financial unit in Shanghai,this paper introduced the application of building energy efficiency management system in the comprehensive park. The data collections of overall power consumption were analyzed after the use of building energy efficiency management system. The corresponding energy-saving suggestions and measures were put forward. It is pointed out that the building energy efficiency management system achieves the centralized management of building energy consumption information in the comprehensive park,which provides the utilization reports of building energy for user and assists energy management personnels to formulate the appropriate energy management strategy,so as to realize management energy-saving and green energy-using.
