基于代际利他主义的人力资本投资模型研究

Analysis of Human Capital Investment Model Based on Intergenerational Altruism

从代际利他主义视角出发,以正规学校教育作为人力资本投资的主要形式,构建了生命长度为两期的世代交叠模型,并考察了家庭和社会两种投资动机下人力资本模型的均衡解问题。研究得出下述结论:第一,人力资本的家庭投资动机将会带来更高的效率和产出水平;第二,在假设的人力资本存量分布函数下,推导了人力资本分布函数的演化形式,得出社会投资人力资本更有利于社会公平的结论;第三,利他倾向越高,尤其教育利他倾向越高,人力资本成长越快,稳态均衡水平越高。

In this paper, two-period overlapping generations model is established from the perspective of intergenerational altruism, in which the formal school education is regarded as the main form of hu- man capital investment. And the equilibrium solution for the human capital model under the invest- ment motivation of family and society is studied. The results show that the family funded human cap- ital system will yield higher income and efficiency. The evolution form of human capital distribution function is deduced under the assumed human capital stock distribution function ,and it is found that the society funded human capital system will have effect on social equity. When people have higher tendency of altruism, especially higher tendency of education altruism, the growth of human capital is faster, and the stable equilibrium level is higher.
