摘要
教师教学发展中心作为高校内部新设组织机构,需要科学的评价体系来引导其实现工作的标准化和规范化,以尽早步入稳健发展的轨道,完成组织使命,谋求未来发展。文章针对目前教师教学发展工作中存在的问题,提出了教师教学发展中心绩效评价的理念,分析了教师教学发展中心绩效评价体系的主要内容,并以合肥工业大学教师发展中心为例,对教师教学发展中心绩效评价体系的实践进行了探讨。
As a new internal institution in the university, the center for faculty instructional develop- ment needs a scientific evaluation system to standardize and normalize its work, so the center can have steady and sound development as soon as possible, achieve its mission and seek the future develop- ment. In view of the existing problems in this respect, this paper puts forward the idea of performance evaluation of the center for faculty instructional development and analyzes the main content of the per- formance evaluation system, The application of the performance evaluation system in the Center for Faculty Development in Hefei University of Technology is discussed as well.
