摘要 基于开关型有源频率选择表面(AFSS)的波束可重构天线,通过电感性金属网栅表面平行和垂直两个方向周期嵌入PIN二极管电控微波开关,得到了一种多功能AFSS设计结构,该结构不仅能够实现通带开关功能,而且还能够实现极化分离功能。采用等效电路模型进行分析,并利用谱域法给出了每组PIN管不同偏置情况的FSS频率响应特性,结果表明:当两组二极管同时导通可在TE、TM极化时实现大于8GHz频段的全透射高通滤波功能,当两组二极管同时截止可在TE、TM极化时实现9.3GHz频点的全反射带阻滤波,而仅一组导通时在9.3GHz具有TE、TM极化分离器的功能。该结构可方便地调整偏置电压控制二极管通断,为复杂电磁环境下应用的FSS提供新的设计思路。 Based on switch mode active frequency selective surface(AFSS) beam reconfigurable antenna, a multifunctional AFSS is proposed by cleverly adding PIN diodes to parallel and vertical rows of inductive metal grid. The proposed structure not only can achieve switch function in the passband but also can realize polarization separator function. The structure is analyzed by using an equivalent circuit model and calculated by use of spectral-domain method. The results show that the structure can realize the high-pass filtering function(total transmission at the designed frequency) when all the PIN diodes are turned on and the band stop filtering function(total reflection at the designed frequency) when all the PIN diodes are turned off. Meanwhile it also can realize TE and TM polarization selecting function when only one row of PIN diodes is turned on. The PIN diodes can easily realize on-off state of by adjusting DC voltage. 'The proposed structure provides a new design idea for FSS application in complex electromagnetic environment.
