超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术在糖尿病白内障治疗中的效果观察

Effect observation on ultrasonic emulsification combined with iol implantation in the treatment of diabetic cataract

目的 探讨超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术在糖尿病白内障治疗中的临床效果。方法 选取2013年11月-2015年11月我院收治的40例糖尿病白内障患者,将患者进行数字抽签化分组方式分为对照组和观察组,两组患者各有20例。对照组采用传统手术治疗,观察组采用超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术治疗。比较两组治疗的效果。结果 治疗后观察组和对照组糖尿病白内障患者的视力恢复情况、空腹血糖值[（4.69±1.48）mmol/L vs（5.89±1.66）mmol/L]、餐后血糖值[（6.64±1.85）mmol/L vs（8.66±1.49）mmol/L]、并发症发生率（10.0%vs 75.0%）均存在差异（P〈0.05）。结论 超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术在糖尿病白内障患者中效果显著。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of ultrasonic emulsification combined with iol implantation in the treatment of diabetic cataract. Methods During the period from November 2013 to November 2015 in our hospital,40 cases of diabetic cataract patients were grouped by digital way,and divided into two groups with each of 20 cases. The observation group and the control group were treated with traditional operation and phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation in the treatment group.The effect was compared between two groups.Results The visual acuity,fasting blood glucose[（4.69±1.48） mmol/L vs （5.89±1.66） mmol/L],postprandial blood glucose[（6.64±1.85） mmol/L vs （8.66±1.49） mmol/L],incidence of complications （10.0% vs 75.0%） in the observation group and the control group had obvious differences （P〈 0.05）.Conclusion Phacoemulsification and iol implantation has obvious effect in patients with diabetic cataract.
