增视能训练软件与笔尖训练对矫正飞行员小度数共同性外斜视集合能力的疗效对比观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的对比研究增视能训练软件与笔尖训练对矫正飞行员小度数共同性外斜视集合能力的疗效。方法 对2015年6月-2016年6月在本眼科体检时诊断为共同性外斜视的40例现役飞行员进行同视机融合范围检查,排除眼部其他器质性病变,随机分成增视能训练组(n=20)与笔尖训练组(n=20)进行融合训练,增视能训练组采取智能化训练系统对受检者行集合功能训练,3次/d,10 min/次;笔尖训练组行笔尖训练,3次/d,30回/次。分别使用同视机检查1、3、6个月集合范围的变化,并进行组内及组间对比。结果 增视能训练组1、3、6个月集合范围较训练前有显著提高(P〈0.05);笔尖训练组1个月集合范围较训练前无明显提高(P〉0.05),3、6个月较训练前有显著提高(P〈0.05)。增视能训练组1、3、6个月集合范围显著高于笔尖训练组(P〈0.05)。结论 增视能训练软件及笔尖训练均对小度数外斜视集合能力的矫正疗效确切,且增视能训练软件较笔尖训练矫正集合能力更快更有效。 Objective To compare and study the clinical effects of Zengshineng training software and pen nib training for the ability to correct the small degree of concomitant exotropia of pilots.Methods 40 cases of in-service pilots diagnosed concomitant exotropia in Department of Ophthalmology of our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were checked the range of fusion in the same Synoptophore and randomly divided into Zengshineng training group (n=20) and pen nib training group (n=20),and which were underwent the fusion training.In the Zengshineng training group were taken the intelligent training system for the subject of the convergence function training,3 times a day,each time 10 minutes,while in the pen nib training group were taken pen nib training for 3 times a day,each time 30 times. Then,range of fusion for 1 month,3 months and 6 months were checked by the same Synoptophore,and each group were compared.Results In the Zengshineng training group, the range of convergence for 1 month,3 months and 6 months were significantly improved than that before training (P〈0.05).In the pen nib training group,the convergence range for 1 month was not significantly improved than that before training (P〉0.05),and 3 months and 6 months were significantly improved than that before training (P〈0.05).The range of convergence for 1 month,3 months and 6 months in the Zengshineng training group were significantly higher than those in the pen nib training group (P〈0.05).Conclusion The clinical effects of Zengshineng training software and pen nib training for the ability to correct the small degree of concomitant exotropiaare are exact,and Zengshineng software for the ability to correct collection are more faster and efficient than that in the pen nib training.
