个性化康复护理在改善糖尿病肾病患者肾功能及生活质量中的作用

Effect of individualized rehabilitation nursing on renal function and quality of life in patients with diabetic nephropathy

目的 探讨个性化康复护理对糖尿病肾病患者肾功能及生活质量的影响。方法 选取2013年1-8月在我院就诊的糖尿病肾病患者106例为研究对象,结合患者入院时间先后分为两组。对照组（53例）给予常规康复护理,观察组（53例）则在常规护理基础上给予个性化康复护理,测定两组患者治疗前后血肌酐（Scr）、血尿素氮（BUN）、24 h尿蛋白定量等肾功能指标的差异,同时使用生活质量量表（SF-36）统计患者护理前后生活质量差异。结果 护理后观察组患者Scr、BUN、24 h尿蛋白定量等肾功能指标与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。两组患者护理后SF-36生活质量评分均得到显著改善,与护理前比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组患者护理后生活质量评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 个性化康复护理能有效改善糖尿病肾病患者生活质量,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of individualized rehabilitation nursing on patients with diabetic nephropathy renal function and quality of life in patients with diabetic nephropathy.nethods 106 patients from January to August 2013 in our hospital were selected as the research object,according to the admission time were divided into two groups.The control group （53 cases） were given conventional rehabilitation nursing,the observation group （53 cases） were given individualized rehabilitation nursing care on the basis of conventional care,the determination of the two groups before and after treatment in patients with serum creatinine （Scr）,blood urea nitrogen （BUN）,differences in renal function index 24 h urine protein,and quality of life scale （SF-36） were compared.Results After nursing care after,the observation group of patients with Scr, BUN, renal function indexes 24 h urine protein were compared with the control group showed no significant difference （P〉0.05）.Two groups of patients after nursing SF-36 quality of life score were significantly changed good,compared with the score before nursing has significant difference （P〈0.05）.Patients in the observation group after the nursing quality of life score was significantly higher than that of control group,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Individualized rehabilitation nursing can effectively improve the blood of patients with diabetic nephropathy quality of life more significantly,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
