摘要
目的 探讨压疮联络员在医院压疮管理中的应用效果,提升管理水平,保障患者安全。方法 从2013年1月-2015年12月,组建压疮联络员管理小组,制定压疮管理制度、职责,对联络员进行专项培训、考核,组织联络员定期、不定期到临床开展巡查指导、护理会诊等工作,完善管理流程,持续改进护理质量。比较住院患者的院外带入压疮治愈好转率、院内难免压疮申报合格率、难免压疮治愈好转率情况。结果 住院患者的院外带入压疮治愈好转率从2013年的85.14%上升至2015的94.50%,院内难免压疮申报合格率从2013年的87.27%上升至2015的97.56%,院内难免压疮申报治愈好转率从2013年40.00%上升至2015的97.56%。结论 压疮联络员在医院压疮规范管理中发挥了专业作用。
Objective Study pressure sores liaison in hospital management,the application of pressure ulcers effect,im- prove the management level,to ensure the safety of patients.Methods Since January 2013 to December 2015,to set up the pressure ulcer liaison management team,establish pressure ulcer management system,responsibilities and the liaison for special training, assessment,organization and liaison officer to clinical to carry out inspection work instruction regularly or not on a regularly,improve process management,continuous improvement of nursing qualitycontrol.Hospitalized patients outside into the pressure ulcer heal,the hospital of cure and improvement rate,hospital of inevitable pressure sores declare percent of pass,hard to avoid pressure ulcers heal,the situation of hospitalized patients with outside into the pressure ulcer heal wer compared.Results The hospital of cure and improvement rate has risen from 85.14% in 2013 to 94.50% in 2015,in the hard to avoid pressure sores declare qualified rate from 87.27% in 2013 to 97:56% in 2015,in the hard to avoid pressure sores declare to cure rate from 40% in 2013 to 97.56% in 2015.Conclusion Liaison officers of pressure sores at the hospital standardized management played a professional role.
