摘要 将蒸汽喷射技术与建材制品生产技术相结合,建立管桩、加气混凝土、灰砂砖等新型建材制品生产的蒸压釜余汽循环利用和高温冷凝水循环利用系统。在蒸压釜降压时在供汽主管上加装引射装置,带动余汽导入分气缸内再利用,同时将高温凝结水通过热交换系统对锅炉软水进行预热,回收利用热能,从而提高锅炉效率,实现能量的循环利用。经过分析计算,在全国推广使用本系统每年可减排CO211.8×10^6t,NOx7.3×10^4t,SO27.7×10^4t,烟尘4.5×10^4t,年经济效益约为70×10^3万元。 The steam -driven ejector technology combined with building materials products production technology, establish autoclaved kettle over steam high temperature and condensed water recycling system of pipe pile, aerated concrete, lime -sand brick and other new building materials products production. When the pressure of autoclaved kettle decreased, the jetting equipment was installed on the main pipe of steam supply, waste steam was introduced into cylinder to recycle, meanwhile, high -temperature condensed water was introduced to preheat the soften water of boiler with heat exchanger. So the system can recycle heat energy, improve the efficiency of boiler, and realize the recycling of energy. If this system were used in the national building materials production enterprises, emission pollution including 11.8 ×10^6tons CO2,7.3×10^4tons NOx,7.7 ×10^4 tons SO2,4.5×10^4tons dust will be reduced yearly, and economic benefit is 700 million Yuan RMB in one year after analytical calculation.
