摘要 为了响应国家节能减排的政策要求,降低石油加工行业中选择性加氢脱硫工艺的能耗。针对选择性加氢工艺中主要的三个生产工序:汽油选择性加氢及分馏工序、重汽油加氢脱硫工序和循环氢脱硫工序,通过采用能量逐级利用原理、烟气余热回收利用技术、贫胺液循环利用装置,在加氢脱硫加热炉前设置一台辛烷值恢复进料装置/反应产物换热器等技术手段,通过工艺改造、优化工艺参数、采用先进工艺,以及改变传统的工艺路线或者工艺流程,取得了良好的节能效果,使得主要生产系统年节约能源折合18.09万tce。 In response to the requirements of the energy conservation policy, reducing the energy consumption of selective hydrogenation desulfurization process in the oil processing industry. For three main processes selective of hydrogenation process: gasoline hydrogenation and fractionation processes, heavy gasoline hydrodesulphurization process and recycle hydrogen desulfurization process, making use of energy utilization principle, flue gas heat recovery technology, lean amine recycling installations, an octane resume feeding device or a products heat exchanger which is set before the heating furnace of hydro - desulfurization reaction, making use of the transformation process, optimizing the process parameters, utilizing advanced technology and changing the traditional process, achieve a good energy - saving effect, make main production systems save energy equivalent to 180 900 tce.
