摘要
本文对于"教育援外"一词进行了明确界定与阐释,并强调了其目的性等基本特征。以此作为理论基础与视角,本文对于上世纪康奈尔大学、金陵大学以及洛克菲勒基金会世界教育会三方之间共同开展并获成功的合作项目"中国作物改良合作计划"重新进行了解读与分析。笔者认为,这一合作项目乃是"教育援外"一词被广泛使用之前就已经出现的成功历史个案,其"合作共赢"的特点可以从历史的角度为当今和未来"教育援外"的相关研究和实践提供启示或借鉴。

In addition, the case being mutually beneficial may offer some enlightenments for current or future research on educational assistances' theory and practice.
