中关村科学城企业创新力及其影响因素研究

Study on Enterprises Innovation Capacity and Its Affecting Factors in Zhongguancun Science Town

从企业对科技人才和科技经费的聚集力视角研究了企业创新力;从创新系统视角,分企业是否开展创新活动以及开展创新活动强度两个阶段研究创新力的影响因素。结果表明:中关村科学城企业具有较强创新力,企业对科技人才和科技经费的聚集力显著。企业是否开展创新活动的影响因素包括政府财税支持、创新创业孵化、中介服务和人才支持;企业创新强度的影响因素包括政府财税支持、中介服务、人才支持、金融支持、产学研、国际交流等,其中金融支持、国际交流对企业创新力提高的作用有限。

Based on the micro-enterprises data of Zhongguancun Science Town, this paper makes an empirical study on en- terprises innovation capacity and its mechanism factors. This paper measures the innovation capacity according to the cohe- sive force of the technology manpower and technology funds. And then, it analyzes the affecting factors of innovation capaci- ty from the perspective of innovation system in Zhongguancun Science Town by two phases of whether the enterprises to de- velop innovative activities and its innovative strength. Result finds that the innovative capacity of enterprises is strong, most enterprises have a significant effect on the cohesive force in technology manpower and technology funds. The factors affecting whether a enterprise to develop innovative activities include ： governments fiscal support ; the innovative hatching system; es- crow services; creative talents. The factors affecting innovative strength include governments fiscal support, escrow services, creative talents, financial support, research contacts among enterprises, research institutes and universities, international exchange, and the effect of financial support and international exchange is limited.
