摘要
对卓越领导理论模型的内涵解读、影响因素等方面的研究前沿进行梳理整合;将追随者的调节焦点嵌入个体影响层面,并基于过程论视角建构不同阶段下卓越领导的作用模型。
Based on the previous researches, this paper firstly reviews recent outstanding leadership researches in aspects of concept, as well as influence factors. Secondly, embeds followers＇ regulatory focus into individual-level influence frame- work, and constructs the function models of outstanding leadership under different stages from a perspective of process. Fi- nally, it points out the existing shortages and some future research directions.
