摘要
针对水中铀同位素的分析进行了流程设计。以^(232)U标准溶液作为实时产额示踪剂,采用微量的Fe(OH)_3沉淀对核素进行富集,利用阴离子交换树脂对核素进行纯化,电镀制源后置于α谱仪中测量。利用IAEA国际比对样品对分析流程进行了验证,验证结果表明,报出值与目标值的相对标准偏差均在±10%以内,评价结果良好。该方法可以应用于水中铀同位素的分析测量。
An analytical procedure for the measurement of uranium isotopes in water samples was developed. 232U isotopic standard was applied as a tracer to control the radiochemical recovery of the procedure, using a ferric hydroxide coprecipitation technique to concentrate uranium isotopes from water samples, and then using anion exchange resin for the further purification of uranium from other elements. Finally the electroplating source was measured by alpha spectrometry. This procedure was validated by IAEA proficiency test samples. According to the validation results, the relative biases between the reported and target values were controlled in the range of + 10% with good results. This procedure can be apphed in the analysis of uranium isotopes in water samples.
