摘要
通过分析四川省总量减排现状及存在的问题,并对未来的减排形势进行预测,从优化产业布局、调整产业结构、加强生活污水处理设施建设、加强畜禽污染治理、加强机动车污染防治等方面提出了四川省"十三五"期间污染物总量减排对策措施。此项研究是四川省"十三五"环境保护工作前期研究的重要内容,对于四川省今后的总量减排管理的工作思路、发展方向的调整都有借鉴意义。
This paper researched the present pollution status and existing problems of Sichuan province, forecasted possible further situation of the emission reduction and proposed solutions and countermeasures for the main pollutants emission reduction during the ＂13th Five-year Plan＂ of Sichuan province from the aspects of industrial distribution optimization, adjustment of industry structure, strengthening of environmental protection infrastructure construction, livestock and poultry pollution control, motor vehicle pollution prevention and etc. This research was important for the preliminary study of environmental protection during ＂The 13th Five-year Plan＂ of Sichuan province, and had reference significance in improving the total emission reduction management and the developing direction in Sichuan Province.
