摘要
从环境影响跟踪评价的起源、发展历程出发,总结了我国规划环境影响评价工作的相关要求,分析了开展工业园区规划环境影响跟踪评价的必要性,根据现有的研究进展总结了工业园区规划环境影响跟踪评价的主要工作内容,并对下一步开展工业园区规划环境影响评价工作提出相关建议,包括立法、建立评价制度和开展试点等。
Start with the origin and the development history of follow-up evaluation of EIA, this paper summarized the relevant requirements of EIA in China and analyzed the necessity of tracking assessment of EIA in industrial park planning. Based on the current research progress, this paper also summarized the main content of follow-up evaluation of EIA and had put forward some suggestions to improve this work, including enhancing legislation, estabhshing evaluation system and carry out pilot programs, etc.
