摘要
本文重点介绍了一种有机无机微纳米填料改性技术以及将制备的填料添加到聚酰亚胺薄膜、浸渍漆、云母带、层压制品等材料中的应用进展,并对聚酰亚胺薄膜、浸渍漆、云母带、层压制品等材料的性能指标、成型技术、研究现状以及国内外的发展水平等进行了详细的阐述。展望了填料改性绝缘材料的发展方向,即开发新型填料、改进填料表面特性、探索合适的填料粒径和比例、研究新型复合技术等。
Organic-inorganic micro and nano filler modification technology and its application progress in polyimide film, impregnating varnish, mica tape, and laminated products were introduced. The performance index, molding technology, research status, and domestic and overseas development level of these materials were described in detail. The development directions of filler modified insulating materials were proposed, which are developing new fillers, improving surface properties of fillers, exploring appropriate filler size and ratio, studying new composite technology.
