摘要
以4-氰基苯酚、多聚甲醛、3-乙炔基苯胺为原料,采用溶液法合成了含氰基和乙炔基的苯并噁嗪(CPh-apa),将其与含硅芳炔树脂(PSA)通过熔融共混制备了PSA与CPh-apa的共混树脂。研究了共混树脂的黏度、固化特性、耐热性能、介电性能以及复合材料的力学性能。结果表明:CPh-apa的加入有效降低了PSA树脂的黏度,共混树脂固化物的耐热性能和介电性能略有下降,但碳纤维布增强共混树脂基复合材料的弯曲强度和层间剪切强度分别提高了22.3%和24.0%。
A benzoxazine with ethynyl (CPh-apa) was synthesized from 4-cyanophenol, paraformaldehyde, and 3-aminophenylacetylene in toluene. A blend resin of silicon-containing arylacetylene resin (PSA) and CPh-apa (PSA-Ca) was prepared by melt blending, and its viscosity, curing characteristics, thermal stabili- ty, dynamic mechanical properties, and dielectric property and the mechanical properties of carbon fiber reinforced composites were studied. The results show that the viscosity of PSA resin decreases remark- ably after adding the CPh-apa, and the thermal stability and dielectric property of the cured PSA-Ca resin decreases slightly, while the flexural strength and interlaminar shear strength of the carbon fiber (T300) reinforced PSA-Ca resin composite increase by 22.3% and 24.0%, respectively.
