摘要
为解决高速列车的弓网电弧问题,研制了耐电弧击穿涂层,对涂层进行了样板制备及耐烧蚀抗电弧性能试验,并进行整车应用验证。结果表明:AIR++SH-10抗电弧击穿涂层满足了轨道交通车辆对耐电弧击穿的要求。高速轨道列车的运行结果表明,AIR++SH-10耐电弧击穿绝缘涂料配套系统的应用效果良好。通过对沈阳地铁2号线样车的应用验证,确认了施工工艺及参数。
In order to solve the arc problem of pantograph on high-speed train, an arc resistance coating was prepared, and the resistance to ablation and arc tests was carried out for the coating. The coating was then applied in train and verified. The results show that the AIR+ SH-10 arc resistance coating could meet the application requirements of materials for railway vehicle and has good application effect on the high-speed train. The construction technology and parameters were confirmed by the application verification on the Shenyang subway 2+ line prototype vehicle.
