摘要
为分析纳米改性PTFE的耐电弧烧蚀性能,在PTFE中添加不同质量分数的BN、Al N、MoS_2制得PTFE喷口材料,并对其进行烧蚀试验。结果表明:在电弧电流21 A、电弧电压45 V、燃弧间距6 mm、燃弧时间5 s的条件下,添加BN的PTFE耐烧蚀性能最好,添加BN+MoS_2的次之,添加Al N的最差,其中添加20%BN填料的PTFE耐烧蚀性能最佳。
A PTFE nozzle material was prepared by adding different mass fraction of BN, A1N, and MoS2 to PTFE, and its arc ablation resistance was studied. The results show that when the arc current, arc voltage, arc length, and arc burning time is 45 V, 6mm, 21 A, and 5 s, respectively, the BN modified PTFE has the best ablation resistance, the BN and MoS: modified PTFE has the better ablation resis- tance, and the A1N modified PTFE has the worst ablation resistance. While the PTFE modified by 20% of BN has the optimum ablation resistance.
