基于改进引力模型的高铁对城市经济联系的影响与评价——以大西安地区为例

Impact and Evaluation of High-speed Railway on Urban Economic Relations Economy Based on Improved Gravity Model——A Case Study of Xi′an Metropolitan

高速铁路建设提升了城市间的交通可达性,产生了"时空收敛效应",增强了城市间的经济联系。运用熵值法综合评价城市质量,用时间距离替代物理距离对引力模型进行改进,综合测度了2006年、2014年大西安地区各城市的城市质量与城市经济联系程度。根据预测,到2020年高速铁路网建成后将对城市经济联系产生重要影响。提出提升高速铁路时代大西安地区经济联系程度的建议,为大西安地区空间发展战略的制定提供参考。

Construction of high- speed rail produced ＂effect of time - spatial astringency＂ and promoted traffic accessibility among the cities, which promoted the intensity of economic relations between the cities. This paper improved gravity model from two aspects of using entropy value method to comprehensively evaluate the urban quality and replace the physical distance with time distance. On this basis, this paper comprehensively measured the urban quality and the economic relations of Xi＇ an metropolitan. By 2020, after the completion of high - speed rail network, economic re- lations of the cities in the Xi＇an metropolitan would be more closely. The results showed that, high- speed rail wouldl increase the degree of economic relations among the cities, changing the distribution pattern of economic relations, leading to a ＂ corridor＂ economic phenomenon, and speeding up eco- nomic integration development. Accordingly, this paper put forward suggestions on the improvement of the economic relations between Xi＇an metropoli- tan, which provided the reference for development of the space development strategy of Xi＇ an metropolitan.
