基于欧美标准的管法兰压力等级的对比分析

Comparative Analysis on Pressure Rating of Pipe Flanges Based on European and American Standards

介绍美国标准ASMEB16．5-2013、ASMEB16．47-2011的Class系列和欧洲标准EN1092-1：2007的PN系列的钢制管法兰压力等级，结合国际标准ISO7005-1：2011和中国国家标准GB／T9112-9124--2010、GB／T13402--2010，介绍各个标准的适用范围。对比分析钢制管法兰的压力等级标志、命名、压力一温度额定值、材料分组、Class系列与PN系列的数值关系。以Class系列为例，分析公称压力的数值意义和压力一温度额定值的确定方法。

Pressure ratings of steel pipe flanges based on the class series in American standards ASME B16.5 - 2013 and ASME B16.47 - 2011 and PN se- ries in European standard EN 1092 - 1：2007 are intro- duced. Combined with the ISO 7005 - 1：2011 and the GB/T 9112 to 9124-2010 and GB/T 13402-2010, the scopes of application of the standards are intro- duced. The steel pipe flanges pressure rating designa- tion, nomenclature pressure-temperature ratings, mate- rial group and numerical relationship between the class series and the PN series are compared and analyzed. Taking the class series for example, the methods for determining of the numerical significance of nominal pressure and the pressure-temperature ratings are analyzed.
