益气活血汤治疗下肢静脉曲张患者术后的疗效观察

The Postoperative Clinical Observation on the Patients with Lower Extremity Varicose Veins Treated by Yiqi Huoxue Decoction

目的观察益气活血汤对下肢静脉曲张术后并发症的预防及治疗效果。方法将120例患者根据不同的术后处理方法随机分为中药组和对照组两组,各60例。中药组在术后常规处理的基础上给予益气活血汤内服治疗,对照组仅行术后常规处理。观察比较两组患者术后不同时间手术部位皮下血肿、瘀斑、硬结及患肢肿胀麻木等并发症的发生情况。结果两组术后第3日并发症发生比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后治疗3周后,中药组患者皮下血肿、皮下瘀斑、肢体疼痛和麻木的例数明显较对照组减少(P<0.05)。出院3个月后通过随访或患者门诊复查,显示中药组患者皮下血肿、皮下瘀斑、皮下硬结及肢体疼痛和麻木的例数均较对照组明显减少(P<0.05)。中药组术后治疗总有效率为93.33%,明显高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。结论益气活血汤内外兼治,对下肢静脉曲张术后并发症的预防及治疗疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the. preventive and curative effect of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction in treating the postoperative complications of lower extremity varicose veins. Methods ： According to the postoperative treatment, 120 patients were randomly divided into the TCM group and the control group,60 cases in each group. The TCM group received Yiqi Huoxue Decoction oral treatment besides the conventional postoperative treatment. The control group received conventional postoperative treatment only. The postoperative complications such as subcutaneous hematoma, subcutaneous bruises,limb pain and numbness on the surgical sites in different postoperative times were observed. Results： The complications occurrence on the third day after the surgery between the groups showed no statistical difference （P 〉 0.05）. In 3 weeks after the surgery,the number of cases with postoperative complications such as subcutaneous hematoma0subcutaneous bruises,limb pain and numbness in the TCM group was significantly smaller than that of the control group （P〈 0.05）. In 3 months upon leaving the hospital, the number of cases with postoperative complications such as subcutaneous hematoma, subcutaneous bruises, subcutaneous induration ,limb pain and numbness in the TCM group was significantly smaller than that of the control group （P〈 0.05） through the follow-up study and out-patient review. The total effective rate in the TCM group was 93% which was significantly higher than 80% in the control group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Yiqi Huoxue Decoction is curative internally and externally. It can be used for the prevention and treatment of postoperative complications of lower extremity varicose veins.
