HER2和β-catenin在食管癌中表达的临床病理意义

Expression and Significance of HER2 and-catenin in Esophageal Carcinoma

目的观察HER2和β-catenin在食管癌中的表达,并探讨其临床意义。方法以2013年10月-2014年10月在本院接受治疗的食管癌患者为观察对象,且同一病例的食管癌切除标本包括癌组织和5 cm以外的癌旁组织。观察HER2和β-catenin在癌组织和癌旁组织中的阳性表达率,比较不同临床病理特征的食管癌患者的HER2和β-catenin表达情况,分析HER2和β-catenin表达与患者预后的关系。结果 HER2在癌组织中的阳性表达率高于癌旁正常组织,而β-catenin在癌组织中的阳性表达率低于癌旁正常组织（P〈0.05）;中低分化、淋巴结转移、浸润深度为T3＋T4、TNM分期为Ⅲ＋Ⅳ期以及死亡的食管癌患者其癌组织中的HER2阳性表达率较高,而不同年龄、性别的患者HER2阳性表达率无明显差别;中低分化、淋巴结转移、浸润深度为T3＋T4、TNM分期为Ⅲ＋Ⅳ期以及死亡的食管癌其癌组织中的β-catenin阳性表达率较低,而不同年龄、性别的患者β-catenin阳性表达率无明显差别;HER2阳性表达率与患者生存率呈明显负相关,而β-catenin阳性表达率与患者生存率呈明显正相关（r=0.346、0.452,P〈0.05）。结论 HER2在食管癌患者中高表达,β-catenin在食管癌患者中低表达,且与患者预后密切相关。

Objective To observe the expression of HER2 and-catenin in esophageal carcinoma,and to explore its clinical significance. Methods Esophageal cancer patients treated in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2014 were selected as the observation object,and esophageal cancer resection specimens of the same case included cancer tissue and adjacent to the 5 cm.Observe positive expression rate of HER2 and beta catenin in cancer tissue and paracancerous tissue,compare the different clinical and pathological features of esophageal cancer patients with HER2 and beta catenin and analyze the relation between expression of HER2 and beta catenin and the prognosis of patients. Results The positive expression of HER2 in cancer tissues was higher than that in normal tissues,but the expression of beta-catenin in cancer tissues was lower than that of normal tissues,the difference was statistically different（ P 0. 05）; Low differentiation,lymph node metastasis,infiltration depth for T3 ＋ T4,TNM stage III and IV and the death of esophageal cancer patients in their cancer tissues of women with HER2 positive rate is higher,and in different gender and age in patients with HER2 positive expression rate had no significant difference; low differentiation,lymph node shift,depth of invasion for T3 ＋ T4,TNM stage III and IV and the death of esophageal cancer tumor tissue of beta catenin positive expression rate is low,and positive expression of beta catenin in patients with different age and gender rate has no obvious difference.The positive expression rate of HER2 was negatively correlated with the survival rate of patients,but the positive expression rate of-catenin was positively correlated with the survival rate of the patients（ r = 0.346,0.452,P〈0.05）. Conclusions HER2 is highly expressed in esophageal cancer patients,and the expression of-catenin in esophageal cancer patients is low,which is closely related to the prognosis of patients with esophageal cancer.
