摘要
分析了院前急救收费管理的难点,以A市急救中心为例,总结了其急救收费方面的经验,如改变收费模式、加强现金收费监管、强化内控制度建设等,以期为其他急救中心提供借鉴。
This paper analyzed the difficulty of pre-hospital first aid fee management taking the A city for an example. Besides, it also summarized experience of pre-hospital first aid fee management, such as changing the charging model, strengthening supervision on cash charge, and strengthening the construction of internal control system, in order to provide reference for other emergency center.
