摘要
对试制的散热器进行热阻试验,采用计算流体动力学分析软件FLUENT进行流-固-热耦合仿真分析,并得到试验验证。利用验证后的仿真模型、边界条件及所设参数对改进后的散热器进行仿真分析,并对其中最好方案进行热阻试验,验证改进效果。
First, the thermal resistance experiment is carried out for a trial made radiator, and the computational fluid dynamic software FLUENT is used to simulate the coupling analysis, the accuracy of the simulation results is verified by the experimental data. Then, the improved radiator is simulated and analyzed by using the verified simulation model, boundary conditions and design parameters. Finally, the authors verify the cooling effect of the best scheme among the improved radiators by thermal resistance experiment.
