摘要
本文结合唐山港曹妃甸港区煤码头三期工程装船机轨道梁的设计过程,探讨码头轨道梁设计的创新方案。在遮帘桩导梁上设置支墩,通过缩短支墩间距减小前轨道梁断面和配筋,并改善配筋方式,取得了较好的经济效果,可为类似工程的设计提供借鉴。
Based on Tangshan port Caofeidian harbor coal terminal phase-3 project, the design process of ship-loader's rail bearer has been researched to discuss an innovative design option of the rail bearer on wharf structure. Better economic effect is achieved by setting supporting piers on the leading girder of curtained sheet pile, reducing the distance between two piers that minimizes the section and reinforcement of the front rail bearer, and improving the way of reinforcement. The research results will provide a reference for similar projects.
