摘要 针对目前单投影检测系统存在的不足,提出了数字辐射图像处理的双投影检测法。该方法根据双投影系统所得灰度曲线的特点,通过分析曲线上拐点的位置及其灰度值,将双透射投影视图数据相互结合计算,得出待测物体的位置、形状、密度、物性等特征信息。另外,通过仿真实验证明该方法的可行性,并对此处理方法的精度、误差来源等进行分析。该系统及辐射图像的处理方法将有效改善目前实际测量系统检测能力不足的问题,可显著提高检测的准确度及效率。 To overcome the shortcomings of single -projection detecting systems, a new detecting method in dual - projection and radiation image processing is proposed. By applying the relation between the gray scale image and dual - projection system, the solution analyzes turning points and data of gray scale curve, combines the dual-projection image, and solves the information of the objects such as position, shape, density, and physical property. Besides, the feasibility of this solution is proved by simulation experiment, and the accuracy and sources of error of this solution are analyzed. The system and solution of radiation image will effectively improve the measurements currently used, cover the shortage of measuring capability, and will greatly improve the accuracy and efficiency of detection.
