摘要
储能部件热控制技术是混合动力有轨电车稳定运行的保证之一。为了保证新型储能部件的温度均匀性,并使其工作在最佳的温度范围内,设计了两种新型储能部件相变材料——空气耦合热控制方案。通过制备石蜡/泡沫铜复合材料,搭建试验台,将内嵌式方案和外贴式方案进行不同放电倍率和不同工况的试验测试,为新型储能部件热管理系统的实际开发提供一定的借鉴。
Thermal control technology of energy storage unit guarantees the steady operation of hybrid tram.In order to ensure temperature uniformity of the new energy storage unit and the work in the optimal temperature range,two kinds of new energy storage unit phase change materials-air coupled thermal control schemes are designed in this paper.By preparing paraffin/copper foam composite materials and building the experimental platform,the experiment of different discharge rate and different working conditions are carried out by the embedded scheme and the external scheme,for providing some reference for the practical development of the new energy storage unit thermal management system.
