摘要 制动尖叫主要是由摩擦自激振动产生的,不仅会造成人感官上的不适,还会影响零件寿命。基于动车组CRH_5制动系统,采用有限元软件ABAQUS进行了复特征值分析,系统探讨了摩擦系数及制动系统关键部件制动盘、摩擦块的弹性模量对尖叫噪声的影响,结果显示,摩擦系数越大,系统整体不稳定性越大,主频振动越易发生;制动盘、摩擦块的弹性模量都对主频振动有很大影响,摩擦块的弹性模量对系统整体不稳定影响较大,而制动盘影响较小。 Brake squeal is produced by friction self-excited vibration.It causes an uncomfortable sense and reduces life of the components.Based on EMU CRH5 brake system,the influence on squeal noise of the friction coefficient and the elastic modulus of the brake disc and the brake pad which are critical components in the brake system,were discussed by the complex eigenvalue analysis using the finite element software ABAQUS.Numerical simulation result shows that,the coefficient of friction is bigger,the TOI of the system is bigger too,and the major squeal is more easily to happen;the elastic modulus of the brake disc and the brake pad both have a great influence on the major squeal,but the brake pad has better influence on TOI than the brake disc.
