摘要
在轨道车辆的运行或乘客上下过程中,车辆的载荷变化会导致车体相对于轨面的高度变化。为了使车体保持一定的高度,车体载荷发生变化时,将通过高度阀向空气弹簧充风或排风,而高度阀的充排风速度会影响乘客的舒适度,以及轨道车辆的平稳性。本文建立了高度阀的数学模型,分析了高度阀内部的节流结构对充排风流量特性影响,并对比了仿真计算和试验结果。
The leveling valve is used for controlling of the charge and venting of the air springs on railway vehicles,in order to adjust the height of the cars according to the loads.The working theories of the leveling valve are introduced.Measuring methods and the test bed for the leveling valve are developed as well.The test bed is fit to various types of leveling valves,which could control the angle of the level and measure the time of charge and venting,as well as the leakage of check valve intake valve and exhaust valve.Key words:
