地铁车辆车门维修工作重要及关键零部件的确定方法研究 被引量:4

摘要 车门系统是地铁车辆的关键系统,为了确定车门维修工作中的重要零部件和关键零部件,提出了一种基于FMECA(故障模式影响及危害性分析)和ABC分类原则的零部件分类方法。该方法首先通过FMECA计算各零部件严酷度和危害度,然后以严酷度、产品危害度、采购价格为评价指标,利用层次分析法确定各指标的权重,最后利用综合评分法建立了基于ABC分类原则的零部件分类模型,并以某地铁车辆客室车门系统为例进行了实例分析,通过分析发现该方法能够较为准确的确定车门维修工作中的重要及关键零部件,符合现场检修工作的实际要求。 Door system is the key system of metro vehicles.In order to determine the important parts and key components in door maintenance work,a kind of part classification method is proposed in this paper based on FMECA and ABC taxonomy.Using this method,firstly we do FMECA and calculate severtity and criticality number of the door parts;then severity,criticality number,the purchase price is chosen as the evaluation indexes,which weights are set by AHP;finally a classification model based on ABC classification principle and the comprehensive scoring system to classify components is built in this model.Futher more a metro vehicle door system is analyzed as an example case in this paper.We find out that the method is more accuracy in determining the important and key components during the door maintenance,which will make the door maintenance job has a great rationality.
