摘要
研究了不同的卷取温度对45带钢组织和性能的影响,结果表明:随卷取温度的升高,试验钢的强度和硬度降低,塑性提高,且变化幅度较大;当卷取温度在珠光体转变开始温度以上时,产品组织为近似平衡转变的铁素体和珠光体组织,该钢具有较低的强度、硬度和优异的塑性特点,提高了产品的加工性能。
In this paper,the microstructure and properties of 45 strips by different coiling temperature is studied. The results showed that,the strength and hardness of the experimental steel was reduced,and the toughness was improved,as coiling temperature was increased,and the variation was greatly. When coiling temperature above the pearlite transformation temperature,the product organization was ferrite and pearlite,as changed under the balance. The strength and hardness was low,the plasticity was high,and the processing properties were well.
