摘要
对宣钢4号高炉提高块矿配比冶炼实践进行了总结,通过采取下部缩小风口面积,提高鼓风动能,保证炉缸活跃度;上部优化"平台+漏斗"料面结构,稳定煤气流分布;加强块矿筛分,减少粉末入炉;适当提高铁水物理温度,保证渣铁良好的渣铁流动性等措施,块矿比由5%提高至15%,高炉稳定顺行,取得了良好的经济效益。
The practice of increasing lump ore proportion on xuan steel's No. 4 BF was summarized,a series of effective technical measures were adopted,such as shrinking tuyere area to improve the blast kinetic energy,made furnace hearth active,optimizing upper " platform + funnel" burden surface structure to stabilize gas flow distribution,strenghening screening of lump ore to reduce the powder entering the BF,improving molten iron's physical hypothermia to ensure slag and iron's fluidity. The practice indicated that lump ore proportion could be increased from 5% to 15%,stability of blast furnace was obtained and the cost-effective was achieved.
