降低3#烧结机固体燃耗的实践

烧结工序的能耗约占钢铁生产总能耗的10%,这其中,固体燃料消耗占到70%~80%,所以,降低烧结固体燃料消耗是降低烧结工序能耗的主攻方向。介绍了安钢3#烧结机在降低固体燃料消耗方面所采取的措施和取得的进展。

Sintering process energy consumption accounts for 10% of total energy consumption in iron and steel production,which accounts for 70% ~ 80% of solid fuel consumption,so reducing the consumption of sintering solid fuel is the main direction of reducing sintering process energy consumption. This paper introduces the measures taken to reduce the solid fuel consumption of the No. 3 sintering machine in Anyang Steel and its progress obtained.
