摘要
《"十三五"加快残疾人小康进程规划纲要》强调加强特殊教育教师师资培养,为提高残疾人素质,改善残疾人民生,实现残疾人平等参与、融合与共享提供保障,明确提出"优先发挥南京特殊教育师范学院等在特教师资培养中的骨干作用"。为此,南京特殊教育师范学院结合学校发展现状制定了学校事业发展的"十三五"规划,以准确把握学校发展的历史机遇,明确目标定位和发展方向,确立"三大发展战略",抓住特教师资培养和本校院校合格教学评估关键环节,加快学校内涵建设。
According to Outline of the Thirteenth Five Plan on Acceleratting Well-off for the Disabled people, Nanjing Normal Uni- versity of Special Education should be given priority to play its key role in the teacher training for special schools. NNUSE should catch this opportunity to meet the new challenges in the transformation from vocational college to university and carry out the Thir- teenth Five Year Plan with new targets and development orientation. Thus, we have set up three development strategies with the focus on cultivation of special education teacher, qualification for the teaching evaluation for university and acceleration of the con- nation construction.
