摘要
自从上世纪八十年代起,特殊教育在澳门慢慢兴起。踏入九十年代,"第11/91M号法律"、"第33/96M号法律"相继颁布后,本澳特殊教育开始有系统地发展。2006年,在"第9/2006号法律"实施后,融合教育在本澳的私立学校得以开展,本澳特殊教育正迈向一个新的阶段,然而在发展中却有不少的问题。本文从法律、运作等角度来阐述澳门的特殊教育发展,并剖析当中所存在的问题,最后进行有关的总结及提出建议。
Since the eighties of the last century, special education rose slowly in Macao. After 1990s," Law No. 11/91 M" and "Law No. 33/96 M"were published, Macao special education has been developing systematically. In 2006, after" Law No. 9/ 2006" was enacted, return to the inclusive education of the mainstream in private schools have been carried out in Macao, Macao special education has been developing to a new stage. However, there are many problems in the development of special education. From this article, the development of special education in Macao will be stated from the law and operational status. We will ana- lyze the problems. Finally, we will give the conclusions and recommendations for this topic.
