摘要
12Cr1MoVG是合金钢高压锅炉管的代表品种,也是通常热处理时性能波动最大,最难以控制的品种。通过在攀成钢钢管总厂508机组步进式加热炉对12Cr1MoVG无缝钢管进行正火+回火、淬火+回火热处理工艺研究,12Cr1MoVG无缝钢管在步进炉热处理取得成功,各项力学性能指标满足标准要求。
