蚯蚓粪与尿素配施对中药白花前胡养分吸收及产量的影响 被引量:4

Effects of Earthworm Cast and Urea Combined Application on Yield,Nutrient Uptake and Nitrogen Use Efficiency of Peucedamum praeruptorum

摘要 为贵州中药材白花前胡高产高效施肥管理提供科学依据,通过田间小区试验,研究蚯蚓粪与尿素配施对中药白花前胡产量、养分吸收及氮肥利用率的影响。结果表明:各处理白花前胡产量较N0PK(CK)提高38.21%-94.07%,且差异达极显著水平,其中,N2PKM1和N1PKM1最高,分别提高94.07%和93.51%,其次是N1PK,提高71.34%。各处理白花前胡氮素的吸收量较CK提高24.04%-82.73%,与CK的差异(N1PKM2除外)均达显著水平;钾吸收量较CK提高22.05%-93.53%,与CK的差异(N2PK除外)均达显著水平;钙素的吸收量较CK提高32.00%-175.16%,与CK的差异(N3PK除外)均未达显著水平;镁吸收量较CK提高1.45%-120.36%,与CK的差异(N1PKM2除外)均达显著水平;N3PK的硫素吸收量较CK提高69.81%,且差异达显著水平,而其余处理差异均未达显著水平。N1PKM1显著提高白花前胡氮肥的农学效率、氮肥偏生产力和氮肥表观利用率,分别为N2PK(CK1)的3.36、1.85和3.33倍,N1PKM2显著提高氮肥的生理利用率,为CK1的1.82倍。 The effects of earthworm cast,urea,P2O5 and K2O combined application on yield,nutrient uptake and nitrogen use efficiency of P. praeruptorum were studied by a field plot experiment to provide the scientific basis for high yield and high efficiency fertilization management of P. praeruptorum and development of organic-inorganic compound fertilizer in Guizhou. The yield of P. praeruptorum under different earthworm cast,urea,P2O5 and K2O combined application treatments is higher than CK( N0PK) very significantly and the yield of P.praeruptorum under N2PKM1,N1PKM1 and N1PK increases by 94. 07 %,93. 51 % and 71,34 % compared with CK respectively. The N uptake of P. praeruptorum under different earthworm cast,urea,P2O5 and K2O combined application treatments increases by 24. 04 %-82. 73 % and the difference between different earthworm cast,urea,P2O5 and K2O combined application treatments( except N1PKM2) and CK reaches the significant level. The K uptake of P. praeruptorum under different earthworm cast,urea,P2O5 and K2O combined application treatments increases by 22. 05 %- 93. 53 % and the difference between different earthworm cast,urea,P2O5 and K2O combined application treatments( except N2PK) and CK reaches the significant level. The Ca uptake of P. praeruptorum under different earthworm cast,urea,P2O5 and K2O combined application treatments increases by 32. 00 %- 175. 16 % and the difference between different earthworm cast,urea,P2O5 and K2O combined application treatments( except N3PK) and CK does not reach the significant level. The Mg uptake of P.praeruptorum under different earthworm cast,urea,P2O5 and K2O combined application treatments increases by 1. 45 %-120. 36 % and the difference between different earthworm cast,urea,P2O5 and K2O combined application treatments( except N1PKM2) and CK reaches the significant level. The S uptake of P. praeruptorum under N3PK treatment increases by 69. 81% and very significantly higher than CK but the difference between other earthworm cast,urea,P2O5 and K2O combined application treatments and CK is not significant. The agronomicalefficiency,N partial productivity and N apparent efficiency of P. praeruptorum under N1PKM1 treatment are 3. 36,1. 85 and 3. 33 times that of N2PK( CK1) respectively. The N physiological use efficiency of P. praeruptorum under N1PKM2 treatment is 1. 82 times that of N2PK( CK1).
